CAN WE CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE PLACED?

We value all of the designs and specifications which we create. If you do not like the product, have a space limitation, or wish to purchase another Acrylic Bathtub, you may only cancel your order under the following situations and in the following manner.

  1. Cancellation prior to dispatch – You can cancel any Product purchase at any time before it is dispatched by calling our customer care number +917988910630 and choosing ‘cancel order’ option from your registered mobile number . All payments will be refunded for cancellations made before a Dispatch Attempt, according to Acrolite Bathtub’s return policy. A call will be made before dispatch, after this call, customer cannot cancel the order.
  2. Cancellation at the time of delivery — If the product has a defect, you have the option to return it, at the time of delivery. The item will be replaced at no cost to you. It is not possible to cancel an order if there is no damage or manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
  3. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been delivered.
  4. We make sure that, whatsoever product customer orders, the same product will be delivered to you.
  5. No cancellation charges will be charged or deducted from the paid amount if you cancel your purchase before Dispatch.

    1. Refund will only be applicable if the product is damaged or different at the time of delivery.
    2. The bathtub must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
    3. The original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, must be included.

    Please note that customized bathtubs, made-to-order items, and clearance or sale items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    Return Process:

    To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

    1. Refund will only be applicable if the product is damaged or different at the time of delivery.
    2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    3. Pack the bathtub securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    5. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Refund Processing:

    Once we receive the returned bathtub and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    Refund Amount:

    The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price paid for the bathtub, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs. Restocking fees may be applied if the returned item is not in its original condition, is missing accessories or documentation, or shows signs of use or damage.

    Please note that any additional charges, such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of delivery, are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    In the rare event that your bathtub arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide us with photographic evidence to facilitate the claims process.
